Terms of Service

1. The Service Fiery VPN provides traffic tunneling through servers in specified countries. The service is sold as a subscription with a fixed duration (1, 6, or 12 months). A free 3-day trial period is available before payment so the user can verify compatibility with their device, ISP, and region.

2. Prohibited • Distributing received configs to third parties. • Using for illegal activity (CSAM, phishing, DDoS, botnets, spam, drug sales, security threats). • Overloading servers (over 500 GB/month — plan revision).

Violation results in a ban without a refund.

3. Guarantees and refunds • Before paying, the user is given a free 3-day trial period during which they must verify that the service works on their devices and network. • If the user did not use the 3-day trial period and did not test the service before paying, refunds are not provided — except in cases where the inability to use the service arose due to a technical fault of the Service. • A refund within 24 hours of payment is possible only if the service failed to start due to our fault (after diagnosis by support). • After 24 hours, refunds are only granted in exceptional cases involving a technical fault of the Service. • Brief upstream provider outages, peculiarities of the user's local network, or blocks on the user's ISP side are not grounds for a refund.

4. Liability The service is provided "as is". We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation in force-majeure situations (attacks on our IPs, upstream provider changes, new blocks).

5. Changes Terms may be updated. Material changes will be published in the bot and/or by email.

6. Jurisdiction The service is operated by an individual. Servers are located in the Netherlands, Germany, Finland, Sweden, and the USA. Applicable law is the law of the location of the servers.
